ROCKEYE ERP, its associated modules, platforms, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, implementation
services, support services, integrations, events, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
ROCKEYE ERP is a proprietary product developed and owned by Hidden Brains. This Privacy Policy applies to
personal data processed through ROCKEYE ERP and related Services, whether accessed via websites, mobile
applications, cloud environments, APIs, professional services engagements, customer support interactions, or any
other online or offline channels.
By accessing or using ROCKEYE ERP or any associated Services, or by submitting personal data to us through
any channel (including web forms, email, telephone, chat interfaces, integrations, or in-person interactions), you
acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms, subject to applicable
data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Scope and Roles
This Privacy Policy applies to the use of the ROCKEYE ERP solution and related services by customers, users, and
other stakeholders who interact with the ERP (“Services”), including where personal data is processed in the
context of such use. Depending on the scenario, ROCKEYE ERP (or its operating entity) may act as:
- a data controller/data fiduciary for personal data it collects and determines the purposes and means of
processing (for example, user account data, billing details, and communications); and
- a data processor/data trustee where it processes personal data on behalf of its customers in accordance
with their documented instructions (for example, data stored within the ERP by the Licensee).
3. Definitions
- User Account/License means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- App refers to our mobile apps available via Google Play Store or Apple iTunes Store.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ROCKEYE ERP.
- Cookies are small files that are placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
- Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a laptop or a digital tablet.
- Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

- Service refers to the ERP Solution & services.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Personally identifiable information via “User Login” – At times, we provide facility to You to Login with ERP interface in order to make log-in or registration easy for You.
4.2 Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), Latitude/ Longitude, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically,
including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of
Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device
identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the
Service by or through a mobile device.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service offerings on ERP and certain other information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction
